About SITEman

SITEMan aims to provide the Joomla! community a simple, powerful and flexible desktop application to manage their Joomla! sites from the desktop. It will allow the user to administer a Joomla!-powered website in a fully-blown, rich-type user environment, either online or offline!

SITEMan is a Web Services application framework written in Java. SITEMan is modular based, which means that developers have the ability to write their own custom-made plug-ins that are able to communicate without having the concerns of the communication and user interface troubles.

SITEMan will be able to manage a complete Joomla! website (Sections, Categories, Content, Weblinks, ...) in a native way. The program looks like every other application installed on your PC, Mac or Linux box. You don't have to login in to the Joomla! Administrator: just start SITEMan and start editing your website. Simple like that!
